NOTEMATRIX®DATA•warehouse is a universal, deeply structured, distributed data warehouse with a cross-platform GUI, designed for creating end-user applications providing their no-code customisation.
By combining relational and hierarchical DBMS structures, the system can store and process different data types at high performance. The event registration and store are developed as an optimised structure for data processing by domain algorithms.

Architecture
The system architecture consists of a set of independent blocks responsible for collecting, storing, processing, and visualising data, distributed by interface, logical, and storage levels.

As a block-scheme architecture can be described as seven vertical pylons each of whom horizontally represented on a level of interface, a level of logic and a storage level.
Proprietary third-party libraries are not used. Open source code is used if it is licensed for proprietary projects.
The data warehouse NOTEMATRIX®DATA•warehouse allows immediate implementation of individual business logic, using the full power of SQL and C/C++, bypassing the long and expensive stage of preparing auxiliary libraries and user interfaces.
Events stream
Information that is supposed to be registered in the system is defined as an “event context”, where the “event” is a specified time interval and the “context” is an information set that is necessary and sufficient for its identification. The event attributes are mutually independent (orthogonal) elements of information about an event. The event matrix is a table of its attribute relationships. Event registration table The events registration table is intended for recording events. It enables storing information about the context of an event, including an unlimited number of typed attributes and an unlimited number of typed subtables with detailed information (including hierarchy order). Event registration table is a physical database table. Detailing subtables are logical tables storage inside the physical and belongs to one of four predefined types which is set during the creation.Event attributes
Attributes can be of predefined types (actors, things, locations, etc.) or custom runtime types. Each attribute type has its own set of predefined (name, ID, etc.) and custom runtime properties. Each attribute type is stored in a separate physical table. All customs attributes of all customs runtime types are stored in the same physical table. Having attributes and events subtables in the described structure, allows to systematise any set of information about any event for storage, processing and subsequent use.Smart engine
The “Smart engine” is responsible for data processing and visualisation. It consists of “Algorithms", “Report visualisation,” and “Customisation attributes.” It has predefined parameters and elements such as directories, catalogues, rule sets, and others, already embedded and set up, including the built-in algorithms and their patterns. Besides, there’s a possibility to create custom elements at runtime. The implemented approach makes the engine smart, allowing the creation of end solutions through agile customisation.Pipeline machine
The pipeline machine and its attributes, tools and transports provide data exchange between solutions created based on NOTEMATRIX®CORE and other software. In addition, the machine can be used to create independent solutions for exchange information between third-party software including accumulation or buffering data.Security, navigator, languages, etc
The security mechanism and navigator provide end users with adaptive access to application data and features depending on the user's entry point in the current context.
